Reliability practices for banking channels — Pragma / Bancolombia

I worked on automation to help SRE teams implement reliability practices across teams and domains. I configured Dynatrace dashboards and microservice monitoring from existing templates, worked with SLA/SLI/SLO definitions using Excel and Dynatrace, and contributed to critical-path definition and weighting.

I subsequently coordinated and executed implementations for the banking channels, adapting pipelines and coordinating with the people involved.

Scope: Automation, configuration, implementation coordination and execution. Tools and practices: Dynatrace, Excel, Golden Signals, SLA/SLI/SLO and critical paths.
