Banking release operations — UST / Banco Santander
Context: Production operations within established delivery processes.
I execute releases through Shuttle, approve GitHub Actions pipeline runs, run existing Jenkins pipelines and monitor applications. My work also includes incident support and occasional GitHub Actions onboarding.
During a multi-team investigation, I reviewed logs and identified an indentation issue that prevented an application configuration from being loaded.
Scope: Release execution, pipeline operations, monitoring and troubleshooting. Tools: Shuttle, GitHub Actions, Jenkins and application logs.
